Access to the tranquil private garden in Bedford Square is available to local residents and businesses for a modest annual fee. The current rate (2008) for a whole or part year is £50 plus VAT for local residents and from £150 to £750 plus VAT for business users (depending on the size of business and number of keys issued). Keyholder charges are due for payment in March of each year and may be subject to review without prior notice.
Events and functions
Bedford Square and Montague Street Gardens can be hired for commercial and private events and functions of most types (please note, noise and other restrictions may apply). We can put you in touch with approved event organisers, marquee suppliers, etc. Please contact the Estate Office (020 7636 2885) to discuss your requirements and for further details.
