Chelsea Wharf is a former Spillers Flour Mill acquired by The Bedford Estates in 2000. A block of high quality apartments was constructed in 2005/06 on the site of the former grain silos, abutting the river wall. Since then, 60,000 square feet of business units have been refurbished and improved to provide attractive office and workshop accommodation for a wide range of tenants.
Situated next to the River Thames on Lots Road, Chelsea Wharf is in the centre of a vibrant mixed use location favoured both by corporate occupiers and media and creative businesses. Imperial Wharf Station is now open at the end of Lots Road about 8 minutes walk away. Chelsea Wharf is outside the Congestion Charge Zone.
The area is well supplied with pubs, restaurants and the facilities of The King's Road a few minutes’ walk to the north.
Chelsea Wharf is outside both the original and extended Congestion Charge Zones and contract parking is available nearby.
A regular rail link to Clapham Junction and West Brompton (one tube stop from Earls Court) operates from the new Imperial Wharf Station, 8 to 9 minutes walk to the west of Chelsea Wharf. The Riverboat Service from Chelsea Harbour Pier is equally close by.
